An energy-efficient home addition

A two story 1400 square foot addition in Fairbanks. This is an Arctic wall system on the second level with a 8” ICF main level. The lower level is a self contained, fully ADA accessible apartment. The upper level is a 2 bedroom addition connected to the original home.

The floors of this addition are plumbed with a hydronic heating system, providing radiant heat and comfort to living spaces throughout.
